When will my order arrive?All orders are shipped straight from the manufacturer warehouses in the US or China. Order usually arrive in 7-30 business days, please understand that there is nothing we can do to speed up this process as some items may be traveling a longer distance. We are doing everything possible to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number within 2-5 business days of your order. If you have any questions or do not receive a confirmation number please contact our support team.

Is shipping really FREE on my order?Yes shipping is free on orders over $100 to most countries on most items. Some larger items may require a shipping fee as well as express shipping. You will be notified at checkout if shipping charges apply to your items.

My order is damaged/missing/incorrect, what do I do?"Contact us ASAP with your order number and a picture of the damaged item or your order confirmation for missing or incorrect items. We will issue you a full refund to your original payment method or ship you a new product immediately.

I ordered multiple items, but not everything has arrived yet"We wanted to get some of your items to you as quickly as possible! Rest assured all your items will arrive. We use a few different manufacturers. Double check , you probably received more than one tracking number.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?"No. Items are made to order we do not offer exchanges. Please double check your order before checkout. You may return an item within the first 30 days if it is damaged or defective. The item must be unused and in original condition with all tags still attached. Please contact us with your order information and you will be provided with a shipping address to send the item to. All refunds will be issued store credit.

I just contacted you, when will you reply to my question?"You should receive a response within 48 hours during normal business days.

Will my data be used by other third parties?We use some third party manufacturers who will ship the items directly to you and will need access to your information. We value your trust. Your personal details will never be shared or sold to any other parties or vendors.

Is it safe to place an order on your site? Will you have access to my bank/card details?Your card details are secure. Payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (WIX) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Percy's Mama does not have any access to your card details or your payment, which is processed completely through Shopify and is later paid to us. We do not ever see or obtain your payment information. Alternatively, you can make payment through our additional payment providers Amazon, Shop Pay, or ApplePay.

Will you sell my information?Absolutely not. Your information is only used to process your order and deliver your items. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters or our promotions and coupons for product discounts and sales.
