Please keep in mind we are a small family business with limited employees and allow up to 48 hours for a response. No returns or refunds will be accepted for any reason. Only damaged or defective items will be offered a replacement or exchange. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue with you.
